* WHEN...For the Gale Warning, until 8 PM EDT this evening. For
the Small Craft Advisory, from 8 PM this evening to 8 AM EDT
Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...Strong winds will cause hazardous highest waves
which could capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.
